Courses and formats

Who are Seasons Clinical Institute trainings for?

Therapists and counselors, social workers, psychologists, and medical and allied professionals who support women. Trainings range from foundational to advanced, so they work whether you are new to women's mental health or deepening a specialty.

What is the difference between on-demand, live virtual and in-person trainings?

Live virtual trainings happen on a set date over video with real-time Q&A, so clinicians can join from anywhere in the country. In-person trainings are held in Republic, Missouri, near Springfield. On-demand, self-paced courses are planned for the future.

Do I need special training before I take a course?

No. Our courses are written for licensed clinicians and graduate clinicians. Any prerequisites are listed on the course page.

Will these trainings help me prepare for the PMH-C?

When Motherhood Feels Hard covers core perinatal mental health content, including PMADs, screening and treatment, and is taught by a PMH-C certified clinician. It is not a substitute for Postpartum Support International's certification requirements, and it is not currently approved for PMH-C recertification hours.

CE and certificates

Do your courses offer continuing education (CE) credit?

Not yet. Seasons Clinical Institute is in the process of applying for NBCC approval, and we don't hold any CE approvals at this time. Every participant who completes a training receives a certificate of attendance. We will update the site as soon as approval is granted.

How do I get my certificate?

Attend the full training and complete the short evaluation, and your certificate of attendance is emailed to you.

Can I use my certificate toward my license renewal?

Our trainings are not currently approved for CE credit, so we can't promise your board will accept them. Board rules vary by state and license type; check with yours. Missouri counselors can see our summary of Missouri LPC CE requirements.

Can I request an accommodation?

Yes. If you need an accommodation to participate fully, contact us at least two weeks before a live or in-person training and we will work with you.

Registration and payment

What is your refund policy?

Live and in-person trainings can be refunded in full up to 14 days before the event, or transferred to a colleague or a future date at any time before it starts. On-demand courses can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed the course or downloaded a certificate.

Do you offer group or agency pricing?

We're happy to talk about group registrations, and private trainings can be built around your organization's needs. Contact us and we'll put something together.

Can I buy a training for my whole team?

Yes. Group practices, hospital units, OB and pediatric clinics, community agencies and conferences can book a private training or presentation, live online or in person. Contact us to talk it through.

When do classes start?

We are scheduling our first classes for 2027. Join our newsletter and we will email you as soon as dates and registration open.
